This page explains how to request deletion of your account and data associated with your use of Idrissi Mart, including data associated with Facebook Login where applicable.

If you cannot sign in or use the account deletion option, contact our team from the email address associated with your account and request deletion of your account and related data. Include the account email address and the sign-in method you used. Do not send your password or verification codes.

What data can be covered by your request?

Your request may cover profile information, account details, listings, and information associated with your use of the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable requirements and procedures. We may ask you to verify account ownership to protect your data from unauthorized deletion.

When will the data be deleted?

Deletion requests are reviewed and account ownership is verified before processing. Some records may be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security and fraud prevention. Such records should be deleted or de-identified when there is no longer a legitimate need to retain them. If a specific deletion timeline applies, Idrissi Mart should update this page to state it clearly.

Disconnecting Facebook

You can also remove Idrissi Mart from the apps and websites connected to your Facebook account through your Facebook settings. Disconnecting Facebook alone does not necessarily delete data previously stored by Idrissi Mart. To request deletion of that data, use one of the methods described above.
